Some context: I'm a returning player from runescape most of my skills are around lvl 50-60ish with lvl 101 CB level

So I was killing some blue dragons on Taverly dungeon when this lvl 138 person came by and kept attacking my dragons. Luckily i was using Range with bolts so i tend to hit harder since the 138 is using magic against them. So I told the player can you stop?

She was like okay then left me. Then came back again and asked her the same thing since she is doing it again and said I was a jerk I'm like I was the first one here and there's multiple dragons around why are you specifically attacking the dragons I'm attacking and then she was like wanna fight? at this point I reported and muted her for that. ( She was also cussing me for some reason ). But here's the thing. She kept following me even when going to Taverly bank to store the loot. So i was creeped out since she didn't even use the bank at all. So I was like Okay. Went back to the dungeon. She followed me again. I am creeped out. So I TP'd to Lunar Isle w/o her knowing I TP'd as soon as i went out of the dungeon while she was still doing the pipe shortcut when I Exited so. then stored all my items. then pulled up my Ring of Kinship then proceeded to Solo room of dungeoneering. So I can level my dungeoneering to lvl 60 so I can be more out of the way So those bored people wont bother me.

And I can't Switch worlds because Jagex says I used up all my login tokens when I literally dont log in much at all. (or switch worlds ) So either i had to close NXT client and relog ( But NXT is having issues with my main internet connection so its unable to download configuration settings, So i had to change WIFI to the slow one that is 1MBPS then wait it till it reaches the log in page then switch wifi again and use the main one so I dont have any lag issues) which lead me to this experience. ( I still have an open ticket for this one )

Wondering though why would people even do that when there's 100's of worlds to choose from.
