There's a few factors in the high calorie burn - I'm 105kg currently (190cm), Level 16 and usually keep it between 9.5 and 10.0 pace.

I usually wear a jumper or long sleeved shirt for cardio... i have to wash alot of clothes regularly lol
any form of movement can be considered exercise in most cases!
