Question about bossing and SHB...

Would the DPS loss from switching my Nex boots out for Silverhawks be significant enough to notice?
I just got 99 farming (only 7 skills left!!) and since my only skills left are all ones I hate I was going to start off with agility and SHB while doing PvM to make some money.
I've already got all the feathers I'll need for 99, but I wasn't sure if I should use those for just random skilling or while bossing. Help?
