My friend showed me Fairy Dance from James Newton Howard and at 0:40 it got me nostalgic listening to the melody. I swear there's a runescape track that's got the exact same pattern for two bars and similar instrumentation but I've been digging on and off on youtube for a couple of days and I've not found it yet.

EDIT: Okay I found it, it was Waterfall at 0:23. Has a very similar melody that keeps going down whereas Fairy Dance turns back around. I do wonder if there were others with that motif, feels like I heard it a lot, but maybe it's just Waterfall being common.
