So I know Enhanced excalibur has often been used as the "free combat heals" item because it's like rejuvination but without the adrenaline cost, and I've used it as such too.

However recently I posted a suggestion on the RSF about toggling the left-click to activate, but I haven't heard as much talk about it there or online, and I've started to wonder: is there a better option for non-adrenaline combat healing?

I know if we have the Persistent Rage relic enabled, we can heal for free as much as we want outside of combat (which I absolutely love), but I always enjoy keeping reusable restoration items on me just because they're handy (ie. Enhanced excal and Ancient elven crystal).

I figured I'd come ask the more combat-frequent here if I missed anything - if anything is the new "Enhanced excalibur" of free heals?
