First time playing rumbleverse, Online Play is unavailable error as soon as I launch the game on Xbox

Hey everyone, just finished downloading the game on xbox and as soon as i launch it (first time) it gives me error " cannot connect to server, online play is unavailable". My internet is fine (hence me writing this message lol) and i have epic account already linked with other games such Dauntless. I can't seem to find any notice on maintenance or sth either.
Any help is appreciated ^^.
