Cross-plat Issues

I was trying to play on pc with my girlfriend on ps5, everytime we manage to join a match I get an error on pc and get disconnected and have to get back to queue, she doesn't receive any error and connects to the match everytime, frustrating
Edit: Tried playing solo on pc and got the same error, there's nothing to do with cross-plat, the problem in on my pc, don't know what is wrong but if I figure it out i'll post it here
