Saving data after clearing the environment (in Rstudio).

Hey! I have a really dumb question, I think - being one of the unfortunates coming from Stata. I have a script open and it generated (unsaved) data, which is also open in the viewer. Subsequently I cleared my environment.

Now if I save the workspace, it (obviously) is empty. I can save the opened data, but only as an image. I can't reload/attach/open the file, as it is a 'non-existing'. It could be hidden -- I don't think I removed hidden files.

I've attached this screenshot, it may help with the explanation.
