R on AWS -- how can I learn it? Online course?

If it's any help, I would like to learn to use tidymodels on AWS SageMaker.
One setup I learned is that there is a chance that once the 'stakeholder' gets your code, they can let you go. So one of the features on AWS allows you to have your model in the Marketplace with a Docker image, so the stakeholder only uploads their data to get the results.
Is it possible to learn how to do this, how to ingest the data, use the output for another model/script, etc., for free?
