Edit: I've had success with a Chrome extension called PageProbe.

It lets you select a CCS div to monitor for changes, with lots of custom features like Rule Conditions ("if the change has this text...") and multiple actions. UI is very similar to FeedBro in fact so if you're familiar with FeedBro this should be fairly intuitive.
My complaint is that the way you select the page element to monitor (Right-click, "Track changes", autopopulates settings with the div) will usually result in poor div choice, like "div div 4th div div of nth type" so better to use the browser inspector to locate the right type of DIV manually and paste it in.
Original post:
Some web-based feed readers (like Inoreader, in the Pro plan) have a feature where it can scrape web pages that don't offer RSS feeds and generate a sort of feed that you can subscribe to. I've seen other web-based services too that can Track Changes on a website and alert you by e-mail or etc.
But are there any kind of local, Chrome extension type things that can do this? I would love if Feedbro could but it doesn't seem possible. Anything that functions similarly that can?
