How Can I Follow Latest Comments on a Forum With RSS?

Hi, I'm in need of some help. I frequently visit a forum that doesn't have an RSS feed built in. The forum is divided into different sections, and I'm wondering if there's a website or tool out there that would allow me to follow the latest comments for each of the posts in each section.

Ideally, I'd love to have an RSS feed for a particular section of the website, where each entry would be a new comment for a thread under that section.

However, I'm not a coder, so any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Have any of you faced a similar issue with following forums without RSS? How did you solve it?
