for preface it’s my fault- I was insecure and lacked communication skills that inevitably pushed him away I’m aware of the growth I need to achieve I currently only have 1 true friend/ I am staying in the apartment we shared where I’ll be constantly reminded of my downfalls, How on earth will I get through this phase of life as I’m on my last sem and just feeling so much dread, am I cooked?
On valentines too, rough! Everyone will say this to you and it’ll feel like they’re just trying to be nice but it DOES get better, it just takes time. Think of yourself as growing and healing around the pain rather than trying to fill the gap that’s been left by his absence. You’ll become stronger and wiser and you’ll learn to care for yourself better. Heartbreak is a special kind of hurt that will ultimately change you forever and is a cornerstone of the human experience. Godspeed!
