This is a pretty well known and accepted fact among the longtime RS2 community.

Antimatter Games did a majority of the development for Rising Storm 2 and effectively no longer maintain the game since 2019. The responsibility shifted to Tripwire Interactive which they do barely up until July 2021.

No one official will address any bugs or concerns. The current state of the game has been the state of the game since 2021, actually its worse because of non-RS2 updates conflicting with RS2 breaking things like VOIP. Still a fun game but I don't want new players to have a delusion that they can hold out for some type of fix.
