So I'm wanting to run a campaign that the setting is a prison. If you're familiar with the book series Lockdown Escape from Furnace, that's the vibe I want to go with. Kinda mostly roleplay but combat is definitely something I want to happen. Probably not often but enough for it to matter.
A little more detail: Prison is underground. Only one way down. A single slide down. Prisoners run the whole place. Impossible to get out. Food and other things are thrown down the hole once every week. Only one camera in the whole place. It focuses on one very specific part of the room. The prisoners are expected to write down a list of things they would want, and then place it in the view of the camera. Not everything is granted of course. Kinda like a lottery thing.
What system would be best to use for something like this???
