A RPG that represents each monster with a single polyhedral die- Anything like that?

So, the 9th Level Games RPG, 'Mazes', represents each character with one of four polyhedral dice. I was wondering if there was something like it that does similar for the monsters. Say a dragon is d12 with a 5 facing up. The dragon can deal a hit each round that a d20 rolls within 5 points of a PC's Vulnerability Class (VC; name makes more sense to me than calling it "Armor" Class) with direct hits forcing a save vs death in addition to the hit.

The dragon can be hit between 12 and up to 5 above (17) on a d20. If it takes a hit, the dragon reduces to a 4-facing, which means it will hit the PC within a range of 4 of the target's VC and that the dragon itself needs a roll between 12 and 16 to get a hit on the dragon. If hit, the dragon returns to 5 facing on the next smaller die (d10). Now, a roll of 10 to 15 will hit the dragon, then 10 to 14 and so on. On a d4, the dragon is stuck at 4 for its attack range and is basically attempting to flee. Hitting it will be increasingly harder, starting at 4 to 8 then 4 to seven down until 4-5 for the kill, but it will also have a harder time hitting a PC.

The dragon stat block could look something like:

Dragon 1d12=5 Immunity: save vs death; fire Resistance: -1 to non-magical weapons Movement: 2d6 Tags: loud; fire-hazard; body slam save vs death;

flyer

A goblin might look like:

Goblin 1d4=2 Movement: 1d2 1 Tags: prone to screech; attacks/attacks to it are save

vs death

A demon:

Demon 2d12=5(body);6(head) Immunity: save vs death; fire; non-magical weapons Weakness: blessed weapons 2 and save vs death Movement: 1d12

Tags: silent; attacks save vs death

So, I am curious if anything like this exists or could exist? I had my trusty Easy Roller Dice Co bag in my pocket at work and had a strong urge to set each of them next to some simple drawings of classic RPG fantasy critters... I need to hold my creative juices back as I have too many TTRPGs to play that I really need to give some love, but maybe this post will inspire somebody else to make such a game if it doesn't already exist.
