I've started watching The Clone Wars, and every episode feels like a RPG session that goes from handwavy politics to uber-dramatic fleet combat to whizzing lightsabers. However, the only Star Wars rpg I coudl find is the d20 one... And I don't like d20. I've been burned quite badly by both Pathfinder and DnD (possibly not the games' fault, just bad/new GMs), and now that I am a GM myself I can't stand the fiddlyness of the system and the janky integration between mechanics and narration. (Apocalypse World was my illumination on the road to Damascus).
Is there an established Star Wars game? Should I try my hand at GURPS, or just re-theme the Serenity RPG?
EDIT this is running out of hand. I'll check the original D6 system, and one of the three from Fantasy Flight: Age of Rebellion, Force and Destiny or Edge of the Empire? You tell me which one :)
Thank you all for the numerous suggestions! I'll try to keep up!
