I've been on the search for a proper form the host the play by post game that I am currently planning, however so far I've been unable to find anything concrete which offers what I am looking for. I need my own forum, I.E. not just using and making a post on someone's play by post section, and in addition to this, because the nature of this game isn't just one campaign, but a lot of intersecting narratives I need to be able to keep different sections of the forum visible to different players. For example, I need it that Person A can see and post in section A, but not see or post in section B, and Person B can see and post in section B, but can't see or post in section A. I may need more than just two sections like that also. Shy of making a separate forums for each player I haven't been able to find a way to make this work. If you have any idea of someplace to make a suitable forum, especially one that is mobile friendly and/or has a built in rolling system that would be a big plus.
I'm also welcome to any other tips for a play by post game, I've GM'd before but this is my first game that has such a very large emphasis on keeping note and running good NPCs.
Edit: Thanks to /u/RpgAcademy , gamersplane was exactly what I was looking for.
