first the idea then what I need help with.

Supers game, Players would make "wild talents" characters without backgrounds. The game would start with the players in a red mist without their sequential memory only their skills and powers. everything about every character would be procedurally generated.

I feel like this would work because the abilities of super powered characters is so divorced from their backgrounds, little girls can have super strength, party boys can have super intelligence, test pilots can be made out of orange rock, etc. What I would need is a bunch of tables for setting up backgrounds for modern characters, maybe one or two custom to a supers setting. I think the cyberpunk tables could work for some of it but not all.
