System for an "in the computer" Tron adventure?

Looking for a system to run an entirely in-computer "Tron" adventure.
Specifically: All players would be computer programs, no actual interactions with the world outside-the-computer. This is a game for computer geeks I play with: maps will come from blowups of microprocessors, players would have "magic" powers would be spells like ping (detects safe routes to places), adventures would be "sent to bad memory location to track down a rogue program corrupting the stack" or the like.
Good framework that might work for this?
Edit: I know I can use a generic framework... looking to see if there's something in this direction already, to save me complete from-scratch generic inventing!
