ok everyone I'm looking for a way to make old school looking windows like Mário brothers speech windows or explanation windows. the premise of the game I'm currently running is the group is take to a world with a bunch of screens that has their character stats and the likes, every now and then they get system messages like when they level or complete quests. I'd like to make it more authentic and give them something they can see with the screens but I'm not having much luck finding anything to make that specifically. if anyone has any suggestions of a free place to use please let me know... also would be great if i can change colors because some things are given by the system and others given by those with "authority"
