I am waiting for a parcel from a USA retailer (electronics) - tracking shows it left USA on 1st August and I received the email from RM that they are ready to accept it and most likely will be a customs charge. OK that's expected - the online tracking shows the last update as:

I called RM for an update on Friday and they just said they are waiting for it in the network, just wait longer. Does this mean it is stuck at customs leaving Switzerland or entering UK? doe anyone have any idea how long the customs delay is?

Update - it turned up a few weeks ago, had to pay customs on it, once I got that notification and paid it was super quick to arrive to my.house. it just took a few weeks of.....nothing first
