Hello i have a package coming from Uk to my country sent on 5 of this month

it is stuck on "Your item is due to leave Warrington MC to go to Heathrow Worldwide DC. More information will be available as it travels through our network."

so i contacted the seller to see what he can do. today i contacted him about any updates and he said

"apparently the package has been refused at Heathrow airport by the Civil Aviation Authority for some reason. It has since been sent to a depot to be inspected. I do not know why this has happened as the parcel was packaged suitably and labelled correctly regarding its contents and battery. I have started a complaint and investigation regarding this and am waiting to hear back from the depot it has been sent to"

i wish if you could provide me with more information on this latter. is it normal? is the package going to be sent back to the seller? or they are going to send it to me. i wish to get any information related to this problem
