I was just wondering if Royal Mail actually use the postcodes during the sorting process. I was expecting a delivery of important documents by 1pm today special delivery. It was due in PRENTON, instead, somebody sent it to PRESTON, how is this possible when the postcodes are clearly displayed?. As usual it is impossible to actually speak to anyone at RM, so now I presume my package will be sitting in a sorting office until after the Bank Holiday????? With no explanation or recompense.
It’s Saturday night you square! Behave yourself and have a drink or something

I’ll stop drinking when I’ve had the same amount as the guy who sorted your documents! Now relax and get on it!
