I get a delivery update from Royal Mail at 8:17am so I plan my day around this as it is very important package:
Then at 9:12am it changes:
So now it is any time today up to around 7:30pm, great I may now miss the package when I need to go out at some point today and undoubtedly I will have to call on my elderly neighbour to talk the package in that needs to be signed.
I want to like Royal Mail but I cannot, they have never ever delivered a package to me when they say they will. I know this is a relatively minor 1st world problem but if you wander Royal Mail why you are in the state you have been for the last 10 years it is because you are wholely unreliable.
UPDATE:
They did turn up when I was out, left one package with my neighbour and took the other one away to deliver Monday as it needed a signature. Give me strength Royal Mail are you IDIOTS or what, is my neighbours signature not enough. You really are testing me.
