Best Transportation option for Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral

We have to fly out the morning of at 6AM, due to arrive at MCO at 11AM, what would the best Transportation be for my wife and I, with just one suitcase each? We have considered a shuttle but they seem to be pricey, would an Uber be feasible or possible? Just don't want to expect and Uber to be easy to find and then miss our Check In time.
We have no choice on the date to arrive either. At this point the cost is too large to justify the switch. So please no hounding me about flying same day.
