Next year the 4 of us plan to go on a cruise for my father's 60th birthday. Myself, my girlfriend and my parents. Now in addition to Icon of the Seas this year, we have already done Wonder of the Seas in 2022 (Mediterranean Sea). It would be my parents' first cruise. Because my father does not want to fly far and wants to visit sunny destinations, there are 2 options. The same cruise as in 2022 (Mediterranean) with the allure of the seas (oasis class) or the Greek Islands with Oddysey of the seas (quantum class). In terms of route, preference is of course for the 2nd one because we have not done it yet. We just suspected that my father would also attach importance to the beautiful show and entertainment in the evening and then we thought the Oasis class would be better with the aqua show and the ice skating rink. Is the entertainment not too bad on the Oddysey? So it's a bit of a choice between the same route as 2 years ago with the boat that we know or a new route (Greek Isles) with the Oddysey. What choice would you make or what is your advice? Can't ask my father everything because it has to be a surprise gift for his birthday. Thank you
