Broke up with my girlfriend our Cruise leaves in three weeks

So me and my girlfriend recently split we’ve had this cruise booked since around Christmas time it leaves in three weeks. Is there any possible way to change the reservation to somebody else? Obviously I know at this point it’s un refundable no chance that’s gonna happen but I would go if I can figure out how to change it. Has anybody done this?
