New Artifact Effects
Surprise Attack (Weapon) - Attacking decreases the target's DEF equal to distance moved x3% before attacking. Resets when the unit ends its turn.
Smash (Acc) - Joint, Reversal, Guiding, Penetration, Desperate, and Phalanx Strike Attacks decrease the target's Attack DEF Rate by 30% before attacking.
Tactics DEF Rate Pierce (Weapon) - Using tactics decreases the target's Tactics DEF Rate by 15% before using tactics.
Guard (Acc) - Affected unit receives all single target damage dealt to allies in the 8 surrounding tiles (Reach) in place of his/her allies. Damage received by this method is reduced by 10% and does not activate Critical Attack, Double Attack, and Double Tactic Immunity. *Effect does not activate from AoE damage, non-damaging tactics, Overrun, Guiding Attack or Desperate Attack.
Deadly Attack (Weapon) - Attacking deals 50% additional damage. Does not activate Double Attacks or Double Counterattacks.
Mental Exhaustion (Armor/Robe) - When MP is 1 or above, WIS increases by 20% and consumes MP instead of HP when attacked. WIS decreases by 20% and consumes HP when MP is 0 when attacked.
Decrease Area Tactics Damage (Acc) - Decrease all damage from AoE tactics by 70%. Does not apply to Four Gods Tactics.
Similar to the ACC increase effects, the reduction in DEF Rate from Surprise Attack, Smash, and Tactics DEF Rate Pierce, can additionally reduce the effects that increase DEF Rate. Therefore, it affects the increase DEF Rate effects that apply after ACC calculations. *However, Research Effects cannot be ignored. (i.e. ‘Dance Routine’ - increases evasion of all dancers)
- The above Artifacts can be obtained in the same way as the existing Class 7 Artifacts
