So first off, you go out practically every time it rains.

Your customer service blows and most of your reps don't even know what DNS means.

You are trying to force me onto your stupid modem/router box.

AND now you have the balls to send me a "Thank you for being a loyal Charter customer" letter informing me that my bill is going from $49.99 to $54.99 for your crappy Internet?

Fuck you guys majorly. Oh, but what's that? The bill is actually just an advertisement? I can pay a measly $34.98 a month to upgrade to your Triple Play? BY GOLLY, this is just the darn best news I've heard all day. I'll be sure to get right on that. Why don't you increase my bill by $35 a month so I can SAVE a whopping 2 cents switching to your shitty service.

Fuck you Charter.
