so we so know about the immediate aftermath.. she "quit pep squad, she quit school, she never went back", etc and then went out with Jimmy Meltrigger anyway, yadda yadda yadda.

but what about the events leading up to that fateful day? the previous night and the seconds just before it?

this is what I think happened.

it all started when Becky sat down to dinner.. probably another one of Roseanne's disgusting concoctions.. meatloaf with crushed pringles, turkey in an expired mayonnaise baste, etc.

later she went to bed thinking everything was fine, but everything wasn't fine.. nope, her stomach had other plans.

the next day was speech day.

there she was up on stage, feeling her insides about to revolt.. her forehead broke out in a flop sweat and she could hear a faint gurgling, like when the monster is about to emerge from the toxic sludge.. we've all been there.

her nails dug into the sides of the podium, her butt cheeks clenched together for dear life.. she tried like hell to tame the beast but it wasn't meant to be.. she took one final look around the room and that rancid green bubble shot out of her like an escaped convict.
