Getting started with no experience?

So I'm looking for a career change from hospitality to something a bit more laborious and higher paying. Once I complete a Level 1 IRATA, will a company hire me and train me on the job? Or do I have to do something else first? Does anyone recommend this line of work?
I'm based in Australia, 26M, physically fit, I can do 4 sets of 10 pull ups
