Just want to give a quick thank you and shout out to Ezra.

Today he came to the platinum lounge and sat and talked to me, my best friend, and a few other attendees. He was extremely genuine, truthful, and caring to everyone. Some would expect this to be a quick hello and how are you enjoying rtx moment and it was not. Ezra took about 30-45 mins to not only talk to us about rtx but ask questions about RT in general. He was very engaging and truly wanted feedback and just to get to know a few community members.

This was a nice moment that yet again shows how much everyone at RT from support staff to management really does care about the community.

Thanks again Ezra. It was nice meeting and talking and best of luck with all you're doing.
