For whatever reason, my roommate laughs, yells, and makes other weird noises when he's in his room and it's always super loud. He does it all day every day. I have no idea when he sleeps because I can hear him 24/7. He's unemployed, not going to school, won't go outside for anything other than food, and doesn't have many friends, so he's always in his room.
I've told him how weird it is and that he needs to stop doing it (at least at night), but that never lasts long. It's really getting on my nerves. I work overtime, study at the library, go on long walks all the time just to get away from it. What can I do to get him to shut up other than physically beating him?
