Hi! My name is Lia, I'm 20 and currently rent a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I occupy the bedroom, and I'm looking to rent out a big part of the living room like a studio sort of situation. I currently don't make enough to put money away into savings, and my lease is up in August. I don't make enough to put money down for a new place when my lease is up, so I'm sort of trapped if I don't find someone. The cost will be $400 a month (I'll cover DTE myself). We can put up privacy walls or hang curtains (your choice) to maintain your own privacy and comfort. I woke late nights at the hospital and don't get home until 1ish in the morning, but I'm very quiet and like to keep things that way. I currently have 2 cats, so nobody else with any pets.
