I moved into a house last year with my friend, his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s sister (the landlord is the gf/sister’s stepdad). I bought a TV for the living room shortly after moving in, as well as a shelf where I keep my vinyl records.

Long story short my friend and his gf broke up and as such we’re getting the boot in 3 months.

I’m obviously going to be taking my Apple TV (I bought that in 2021 and it’s associated with my Apple ID) and my Xbox Series X. Since the TV is just as much my friend’s ex and her sister’s as it is mine and my friend’s I don’t know what to do cuz I don’t want to be like “I’m taking it” but at the same time I paid a lot of money for it and I don’t think it’s fair that we get the boot and they should keep it.

What would be the proper course of action regarding this? Cuz I don’t like confrontation and I don’t know how to address it
