Post Body

I moved into a house last year with my friend, his girlfriend and his girlfriendā€™s sister (the landlord is the gf/sisterā€™s stepdad). I bought a TV for the living room shortly after moving in, as well as a shelf where I keep my vinyl records.

Long story short my friend and his gf broke up and as such weā€™re getting the boot in 3 months.

Iā€™m obviously going to be taking my Apple TV (I bought that in 2021 and itā€™s associated with my Apple ID) and my Xbox Series X. Since the TV is just as much my friendā€™s ex and her sisterā€™s as it is mine and my friendā€™s I donā€™t know what to do cuz I donā€™t want to be like ā€œIā€™m taking itā€ but at the same time I paid a lot of money for it and I donā€™t think itā€™s fair that we get the boot and they should keep it.

What would be the proper course of action regarding this? Cuz I donā€™t like confrontation and I donā€™t know how to address it
