I (26M) am Looking to relocate from rural Indiana, Craving more options for adventure and exploration other than just TREES & CORN. Aiming to move to the Area early next year (Feb-March 2024) So would like to get things sorted/planned out beforehand!

I love to bake and cook, so be ready to deal with a lot of goodies being around the house! I like conversation and to hang out, but have those times where I can keep to myself without much of a problem. I game as well, so maybe we can get a game night going or something! I work from home, so I’ll need occasional times where it is quiet, or at least a workspace that doesn’t get a lot of noise. Your room is your area, I don’t care or mind how it looks as long as we can keep shared spaces clean and orderly. I don’t typically have guests over, but I am fine with them and hope a potential roomie would be the same. We can set up rules regarding food arrangements, chores, and things like that when we talk, I like to have an organized game plan, so there’s no misunderstandings! I am gay, so just putting that so there are no possible Ideology issues later on in the future. Whether you are also LGBTQ or not is fine by me, just don’t go spreading the hate and we’re all good! I'd prefer just 1 other person as a roomie, but I'm down for 2. I don't do much in the way of drinking or 420 very often, but I'm fine with people who partake.

I have a cat (Sally), she is on the older side and isn’t very fond of other cats. She LOVES people and tolerates dogs plenty enough, but with my current arrangement she hasn’t been able to go anywhere but my room (a bunch of other cats in the house), so I’m hoping to find a place where she can actually be able to explore/have fun.

My price range limit is around $1,500 monthly (around $750-800 when split between us). I have a decent job, but I'm not trying to make things harder on either of us XD
