I have no idea how to describe this scent besides foul, kind of cheesy? But the intensity levels fluctuate and I’m not sure what the source could be. I haven’t smelt body odor like this which is why I’m trying to assume that it isn’t that but I can’t be for sure. All I know is that I smell it mostly after my roommate leaves. She is lactose intolerant and drinks lactose free milk, but a notorious cheese &cheesy dish lover. She hasn’t cooked in a hot minute but she’ll go out for food mostly.

Does anyone know how I can disinfect the air? And how I can bring this up to her because I don’t think she notices it? I really only notice it after she leaves the room but I’m not always in the kitchen or living room when she is and if I start in that room I already have a candle going or something.
