We have dogs and were excited to get the Roomba to help with the hair.
When we first noticed it spitting out these clumps of hair all over the place we thought it was just because it was vacuuming places we didn't vacuum often previously (i.e. under our bed) and once it did a few passes it would get things under control and stop.
However, it's been 3 weeks now and we're still seeing it every time it runs so that doesn't appear to be the case.
If we return this and upgrade to an s9 , if there reason to believe this will do better and eliminate this problem?
If it will, then I'm okay making the investment, but I don't want to spend the extra money if it's just going to do the same thing.
Thank you in advance!
Edit: Before anybody asks, I clean the rollers regularly but that hasn't helped.
