Shark IQ - Does it support multiple floors?

We’re looking at picking up the self-emptying Shark IQ and couldn’t find any info about if you could use it on multiple floors. We just have a small step for part of our apartment and want to be able to get full coverage, even if it’s just from picking up the vacuum every once in a while.

Also if anyone has other feedback on how it works or if there’s any better models for the price, would be much appreciated. We were looking at the iRobot 7 & 9 that also self-empty, but the price difference is enormous for what seems like not that many perks.
