Self dumping

Hello all, I recently go an Roomba i3 from my in-laws. They were just going to throw it away, so my wife and I got it. It vacuums just fine, but doesn't self dump into the base. I've cleaned the bin sensors, the base sensor, and last night I took apart the front bumper and cleaned the sensors on the front. The empty bin button doesn't appear on my app either, I had to reboot the robot. Any advice?
