So I have had an S9 since Christmas. It was based in a corner and then we started having issues so we moved it so it is in the middle of a different wall.

Deleted all old maps and did new mapping runs. One looked...OK the other was like it was in a different dimension. Delete the bad one and tried to use that. Constant failures.

Deleted map again. New mapping run. I sat there and watched it pull of the base, turn left drive into the wall for a bit and turn around. It mapped about a 5'x3' section of a much larger room and then decided that is the entire space that exists and went home.

Rebooted three times and repeated. Same result.

Now what? Is there a full factory reset?
