Hi! Looking for insight/opinion as a first time author. I have seen a bit of advice that a good way to establish an audience is to have series or have more books.

I am about to beta test my first novel, and have started first draft on the second one. I plan to write least one more novel and maybe a novella for the series.

Would it be most impactful to release both “debut” novels at once? Or release the first, then the second a week later, or not care about timing at all?
