Training with a small team (advice needed).
Post Body

The Men’s Derby team I am on consists of 5 members. Recruitment has gone no where.

My question is, does anyone have any advice on how I can push myself or become better? I have been playing for 5-6 years and few that I have stagnated to the point of getting very frustrated and ready to hang up my skates.

Edit 1: There is a WFTDA team that shares our practice facility, however outside of one open gender scrimmage a month they don’t allow us to practice with them. The other WFTDA team that is an option is about 1.5 hrs away and they are currently on an off month. There was another men’s team about an hour and half away, however they folded. The next closed men’s team is about a 3.5-4 hr drive away.
