I currently skate for a newer men's team and we are a fairly small group and I am unfortunately in the position of being one of the primary jammers for our team at the moment. I am a bit smaller for a male (5'5" around 165 lbs. and a smaller frame).
Does anyone know of any higher level jammers around my stats that I could watch videos of on YouTube. Or does anyone have any advice...I am currently hitting the gym 4 days a week ( 2 being lower body weight training, 1 being HIIT, and 1 being upper body weight with cardio on the two lower body days). Also trying to drop about 5 more lbs with hope of being able to be a bit quicker.
