Hey guys! Fairly new enthusiast here.

I rode Skyrush this past Friday for the first time which was highly anticipated. Toro is my favorite coaster (I live 10 mins from SFGAdv) so I was excited to ride another world-class Intamin.

It was the second rollercoaster we hit in the park after Candymonium (baby Nitro) at around 1:00pm. I knew it wouldn't be running hot this early in the day but I planned on riding it later in the evening on my way out.

10ish minute wait, not bad. I picked the left wing seat in the last row--I'm a pretty thin guy so I braced myself for the high crushing. WHICH I will get to later.

I went into it *softly* knowing the general layout.

So we're going up the lift, I'm stoned out of my mind, excited but in the back of my mind I'm nervous because I'm wondering if it'll either surpass or fall short of my expectations. We reach the top and I'm slightly underwhelmed by the view.

AND THE DROP!!!! As we're going down I expect to fall back into my seat but I only feel like I'm flying out more. Definitely way faster than I anticipated, I really felt like we were flying the rest of the ride. And those ejector airtime hills, WOW! I was flopping like a fish.

The ride came to a stop and man did I just burst with uncontrollable laughter. I was blown away truly.

I rode it again shortly after since I feel like I forgot so much of my first ride, and then I rode it a couple more times later in the evening.

I'd rate it a solid 9.9/10.

THE .1 deduction BEING THE THIGHCRUSHERS!!!! I always dismiss people's complaints about restraints because I have never been uncomfortable or near-uncomfortable on a ride. I can tolerate anything. But those restraints really did take a little away from my experience, it would have been the PERFECT ride otherwise. I just really feel like I could have enjoyed it way more (which is crazy because I already loved it so much) if I didn't have to brace myself at those ejector airtime moments.

SOLID SOLID RIDE!
