Has anyone tried skating with their arms behind their back?
Post Body

Did this a couple days ago skating around. There was no particular reason. I was coasting with my arms behind my back and wondered if I could skate comfortably doing it. Upon doing so, I noticed I really had to center myself and lead my body weight with my shoulders since my arms weren't helping me keep balance.

I tried it again this morning with some sharp turns and power stops and noticed a much bigger emphasis on my edges, as in I had to use more of it than before. If anything, my power stop and power slides just got ten times better from it. Accidental edge training?

Just my thoughts on it.
