Recommendations for Nordic Poles

Hi, I'm new to rollerblading. I purchased a pair of these blades to keep in shape (or get into shape) for snow skiing season. I found that my balance is horrible and it's different than actual skiing.
I'm used to using ski poles and learned about Nordic Skiing. Anyone have a recommendation for poles that will be good on cement in the summer?
