Ability to get a Datejust for the Mrs while in Europe?

The wife and I will be visiting Paris, Brussels, and Chamonix in March, and I would love to be able to get her a Datejust from an AD while there. I have read that it’s hard to do for a men’s watch, but curious if easier to obtain a Lady Datejust while visiting.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
