All these “Got the call” posts really make me want a new acquisition. Currently have a Sub 114060 which is my daily wearer and a GMT Pepsi which is my weekend watch. I’m on the list for a black dial Daytona as well as the Air King. AD thinks I should be able to acquire an AK within a few months, the black dial Daytona is likely 3 years out. Fortunately my AD is one of the few that doesn’t play games- put my name on the list for a Pepsi in late 2019, got it the end of 2022 without any “fluff” purchases.

So hopefully after I get the AK by end of this year, trying to think of another acquisition to fill the gap while I wait for the Daytona. Any suggestions?

Currently the Root Beer and Bluesy are leading candidates but I’m open to ideas! I’m not looking to spend $40K on a watch either, outside my comfort zone so all full PM ones are out of the question. Looking to stick between $10K-$15K ish.
