Hi all, I have seen many posts/discussions talking about Rolex and their strict service policies but I wanted to ask/discuss the future take Rolex could* have.
Some people have vintage Rolex models that are no longer in production and because they are no longer in production, Rolex will not service them (I’m assuming it’s because they don’t have the parts available). Do you think Rolex will ever change this policy (as in remanufacturing these parts)? And do you think that current staples (OP, DJ, Explorer, Sub etc.) will get this same treatment?
I know I kinda asked the same question twice but I’m just curious to see what we all think/hope for. Some brands like Patek or AP will remanufacture parts and I find it a shame Rolex does not.
Maybe I’m wrong with everything I just said lol so please let me know.
Thanks!
